Tuition

Monthly TuitionLessons are billed and paid for monthly, at $25 per 30 minute lesson. Your family will receive a bill via email one week before the first lesson of the month. The month’s tuition is due at the first lesson each month. If tuition is not paid by the second lesson of the month, SA Trumpet Lessons reserve the right to withhold lessons until tuition is paid.

Student Cancellation

Kindly provide one week notice if you cannot attend a lesson. We will first attempt to schedule a make-up lesson. If a make-up lesson cannot be rescheduled, a credit will be issued for the following month. Credits cannot be issued if a lesson is missed or cancelled with less than one-week notice. Please understand that I have scheduled childcare for your lesson time.

Teacher Cancellation

I will notify you of vacation weeks (like Christmas) at least a month in advance. You will not be billed for these weeks.

In the rare event that I need to change your lesson time, I will provide at least one week notice. We will first attempt to schedule a make-up lesson. If a make-up lesson cannot be rescheduled, a credit will be issued for the following month.

Un-enrolling

You may cancel your enrollment at any time; however, no refunds can be issued. Therefore, students should cancel their enrollment at the last lesson of the month, when the tuition payment for the next month is billed. Lessons that are scheduled and not attended are billable. Please let us know if you will stop taking lessons; if you do not provide one week notice, you will be billed for the upcoming month. This notice must be in writing and must be sent to info@trumpetlessons.com

Discounts

Military. Being part of a military family, I am extending a 10% discount to all Active-duty military families.

Baby time special. Do you have an adult that likes to play with, read to, sing to, and care for babies? I may have a few lesson times available where I do not have childcare for my baby. If an adult can care for my baby during the lesson, I can provide lessons at a 50% discount. During the introductory lesson, we would make sure this is a good fit for the student, family, and baby. This cannot be combined with the military discount.

100% referral policy

I am completely committed to the happiness and success of my students. My goal is total student and parent satisfaction. If I succeed at that goal, I ask for you to share your story with other band families. Referrals help develop my teaching methods and grow the studio.
