Patrick Hayes founded SA Trumpet Lessons in 2013, though he first started teaching private brass lessons in 1999. After seven successful years as a public school band director, he is excited to be at home raising his baby daughter. He is continuing to teach private music students, giving them an opportunity to study with an experienced, certified music educator. He is an active performer, playing and singing throughout the San Antonio area.
As a private teacher, Patrick is professional, encouraging, and supportive. His students have been selected for All-State in both Illinois and Texas, and have had successful auditions for prestigious colleges such as University of Texas at San Antonio, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Northwestern University.
