This eFolio is used to compile documents from my practicum experiences. These practicum experience hours will aid me in gaining an EdS degree in Educational Leadership; K-12 Principal through Minnesota State University- Moorhead. I have been given many opportunities to work with highly qualified school leaders who have shared with me valuable insight into what it means for them to be a leader. The portfolio gives me a chance to share with you these opportunities that have helped me grow into a school leader.
