Complain against Century Packers & Movers , Nigdi, Pune-44, Maharashtra.

Dear All...

This is a complain against Century Packers & Movers , Nigdi, Pune-44, Maharashtra, They smashed above 30,000 INR of household goods and looted 18,000 INR Service charges.

Most irresponsible, unprofessional & fraud Packers & Smashers (not Movers).

They did not reply my mail (given below) attached photograph of damaged goods.

Sub: SAMSUNG DVD Player with 5.1 Home Theater (HT-C550) is missing from my package list, all Carton are changed to ordinary plastic bag and maximum valuable item is broken or damaged.

Dear Sir,

This is the sign of negligence and  worst transportation system of a reputed Packers & Movers Company I have ever seen. M/s GATI ask me to

shift my household goods from PUNE(MH) to DURGAPUR (WB) @ 8000 Rupees without packing but You charged me 18000 Rupees with packing. You charged 10000 Rupees excess than GATI. That’s mean either your packing

charge is 10000 rupees or you provide more smooth handling and responsibility than GATI.

You failed in both cases, neither your packing is good nor you provide smooth handling. Your packing quality is very very poor your carton box got washed out (It may be by rain water) only packing tape is visible. Here is some worst handling result Microwave oven got little bent, lower part of refrigerator got bent , TV Stand leg broken even One SAMSUNG DVD Player with 5.1 Home theater (Model: HT- C550) is missing.

You were unable to maintain the Packers & Movers Policy.  You have treated like Cheap ordinary local transporter although they charged Rs. 5 to 8 thousand only. You act as a mediator between me and M/s GATI KWE. Because you collect material from me and booked a Docket (no. 402977769 Dt. 08.06.2013) from M/s GATI KWE. for me.

You smashed most of all my valuable Item by putting them into plastic bag  after got damaged all Carton box by open rain . Our all valuable

branded clothes are totally soaked by water and got discolored and multicolored. Right now this is not possible to make a list of lost item you moved from carton box to plastic bag.
