Hi, welcome to my website!
I am Sanjib Das, currently working as a Process Technology Development Engineer at Intel Corporation. Prior to joining Intel, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University for about a year. I got my PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, with research concentration on solid state electronics.
I am originally from Bangladesh, currently residing in Oregon. As part of my PhD research, I worked at the center for nanophase materials sciences (CNMS) in Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) under the supervision of Dr. Gong Gu from University of Tennessee and Dr. Kai Xiao from CNMS, ORNL.
My research interests include photovoltaics based on organic, inorganic and hybrid materials, thin film transistors (TFTs), light emitting diodes (LEDs), and thin film characterizations using different microscopic techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), spectroscopic techniques such as UV-vis absorption, photoluminescence, etc.
