Data Quality Audit
In complex, multi-tiered channels, the data provided by channel partners is often incomplete and inferior in quality. Streametics technology and services can be used to audit the quality of data submitted by channel partners. A color coded dashboard provides a scorecard for each partner. Based on the results of the audit, the manufacturer can work with Streametics to target specific partners, geographies, and products for data quality improvement.
Data Quality Improvement
Streametics analysts work with targeted partners to improve the quality of submitted channel data. Our analysts use various tools to collect, transform, and enrich partner supplied channel data. A wide variety of data formats – Excel, text files etc. are supported. Data files can be submitted by channel partners directly to the Streametics solution. Alternatively, Streametics can cleanse data collected by the manufacturer. The ability to support a wide range of data formats reduces the technology burden on the channel partner.
Ubiquitous Mobile Client
The Streametics Mobile module enables remote the enforcement of fraud detection policies using ubiquitous mobile devices such as cell phones and mobile readers. Field personnel conducting on-the-spot audit at remote locations could use a mobile phone to submit product identification and location related data using SMS or web protocols in order to identify counterfeit or gray market product.
