Spring training - Streams

Recertification Training

Recertificatin training is required every 3 years for current volunteers to refresh their skills and get new chemicals and conductivity meter batteries for test kits.

In addition to in-person recertification training held at the SRWW annual conference, a training video and quiz are now available.

Training is available from the WWKY website LINK and can be accessed on YouTube LINK. Take the recertification quiz linked in the video description.

2021 sample dates - Streams

Sample collection is scheduled for the following dates in 2021. Volunteers can sample on either Friday or Saturday, which ever is best for your schedule.

Check back for updates on the following sample dates.

TBA- Stream biology and habitat assessments (anytime during June)

TBA- Summer water quality testing and bacteria sample collection
