Salmon Unlimited Vice President, Jim "Doc" Poplawski and Salmon Unlimited Board Member/FishOn Editor Scott Poplawski do some fabricating of the life rings Salmon Unlimited is donating and mounting to be put up in the next couple weeks on south pier in Racine.
