Saichon Sriphan decided to pursue academic career in late 2013. He has graduated a Ph.D in electrical engineering at Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand (under the supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suwit Kiravittaya). He obtained the B.Eng degree in telecommunication engineering at Naresuan University, Phitsanulok, Thailand in 2012 under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suchart Yammen.
He has been a post-doctoral fellow (flexible nanogenerators development) at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Bangkok, for 10 months, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Naratip Vittayakorn. Also, he has been an academic lecturer at the Aviation Industrial Institute, located at Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Nakhon Ratchasima, for 8 months. He is currently an Associate Professor working at the Faculty of Science, Energy and Environment, located at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), Rayong Campus, Rayong.
