Extracted the physical parameters of optoelectronic devices, especially solar cell and LED, by using non-linear fitting procedures through Matlab software
Analyzed and implemented the response of sensor, i.e., pH sensor, by using mathematical and physical analysis, then using a fitting procedure through Matlab software.
Optimized synthesis conditions of ceramic-based ferroelectric-photovoltaic (FE-PV) cell material.
Interpreted insight into an atomic scale by using advance characterization techniques, i.e., Raman spectroscopy and x-ray absorption spectroscopy.
Demonstrated the photovoltaic response, and also other properties, of designed ceramic-based FE-PV cell material for being a novel multi-functional device.
Developed the procedures to increase photovoltaic efficiency of ceramic-based FE-PV cell .

Developed new fabrication techniques for triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) device as a novel energy harvester.
Enhanced the device performance in an electrical generation view of the fabricated TENG.
Developed the performance of the ceramic composite-based piezoelectric generator (CC-PEG).
Studied the electrical output and fatigue characteristics on the CC-PEG device.
Studied and developed a novel ceramic sintering technique, as called the cold sintering (CS) technique, and applying it to synthesize the general ceramic materials.
