SHAHS Receives Grant for Hotel Sacred Heart Phase 1 Construction
The Minnesota Historical Society awarded a Minnesota Historical Cultural Heritage Grant in the amount of $199,150 to SHAHS for Phase 1 Construction of the Hotel Sacred Heart project. The grant project is the first of three phases in the Hotel Sacred Heart rehabilitation.

The Hotel Sacred Heart - Facade and Porch Restoration project aims to restore the main facade of the historic Hotel Sacred Heart to its original appearance. The two-story brick commercial building is located along Highway 212 in the City of Sacred Heart. Work includes, but is not limited to, masonry restoration, structural repairs to the portico-style front porch, repainting the historic sign, and replacement of the concrete steps.

The Hotel Sacred Heart Facade and Porch Restoration project is being advertised in the online plan room for Franz Reprographics. If you go to their website http://www.franzrepro.com/ at the top you will see a drop down menu titled "Planrooms" and our project is in the "Franz Public Plan Room."
