6.002

In 6.002, the introductory course to circuits and electronics in MIT's undergraduate electrical engineering curriculum, students were introduced to the "fundamentals of the lumped circuit abstraction", as the course website states, and we obtained greater theoretical and practical familiarity with basic circuit elements.

For the final lab for the class, we were tasked to build a circuit that could playback a digitally-stored audio signal by putting together a clock circuit, a digital-to-analog converter, a low-pass filter and a volume control dial. At the end of the assembly, the set-up to the left was able to produce a low-fidelity recording of "Hotel California" by the Eagles.
