RHS Band Announcements:  

• 2025-2026 Performance Schedule:

  • • • The performance schedule for the 2025-2026 school year is available on the Calendar page

• District Music Festival - Part 2 (Jazz):  Friday, March 6 - Mill RIver Union High School

  • • • Meet in the RHS lobby by 8:35am

      • Bring:  Instrument, music, pencil, water bottle, LUNCH, music stand, all black concert clothing

      • Concert info:  HS Jazz/MS Band begins at 7:30pm in the gym (MS Strings/HS Chorus @ 6:30 in the auditorium)

      • Concert tickets:  $10/adults, $8 students/seniors (family max of $25 for 3 or more people)

      • Snow date:  Saturday, March 7

• Music in Our Schools Month Band Concert:  Monday, March 9 - 7:00pm - RHS Gym

  • • • Students should plan to arrive early enough to be seated with instruments and music by 6:45pm

      • Concert attire:  Band polo shirt and black pants or skirt

•   Broadway Trip - Aladdin:  Wednesday, April 8

  • • • See Mr. Barnett for trip details and sign up.  A waiting list has been started.  The first five parents who signed up to chaperone have been contacted to complete the necessary paperwork.

      • The basic plan:  We leave RHS early in the morning and travel to New York City by charter bus with lunch en route.  We will see a 1:00pm matinee of Aladdin at the New Amsterdam Theatre before grabbing dinner and returning to RHS that night.
