AUTOMOTIVE LOCKOUTS & ALL KEYS LOST

On opening of all vehicle lockouts and all keys lost situations the customer will be required to provide photo ID, proof of vehicle ownership, and sign an authorization form. Acceptable forms of photo ID include government issued drivers licenses, identification cards, and passports. Acceptable types of vehicle ownership proof include vehicle titles and registrations. The name on the title or registration MUST match the photo ID provided. Necessary documentation being locked inside the vehicle will be handled on a case by case basis. Payment is due at the time of service. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, credit & debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover), Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. No personal checks will be accepted without prior approval. No billing or purchase orders will be accepted without prior approval. All customers will receive a paper receipt for their records.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY
Unless otherwise specified, labor performed and products provided by RTK Lock & Key Inc. are warrantied for a time period 1 year from the date of purchase and/or service. This warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, or accidentally damage. No warranty is provided for customer supplied keys, remotes, locks, parts, etc.

Item returns are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached. Opened, used, and damaged items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges. Keys that have already been cut or programmed are non-returnable and non-refundable. Labor charges and trip fees on work already performed is also non-refundable. You must have a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
