HOA Committees
The various committees are listed below with a brief description of each.
Amenities:
This committee manages the operation and maintenance of the pool, tennis court and playground including related facilities and equipment.
Grounds:
This committee manages the operation and maintenance of all HOA common space including related facilities and equipment (signs, lights, irrigation system).
Social:
This committee schedules, organizes and manages the various HOA community events.
Welcoming:
This committee welcomes new neighbors to the HOA and community
Covenants Review/Architectural Control (ACC):
This committee receives and reviews HOA member ACC requests, chooses the yard of the month, and reviews and enforces the HOA architectural control covenants.
Financial Review:
This committee performs the periodic financial review of the HOA financial documents. Per the revised By-Laws, the financial review shall occur every six months.
