Members who are delinquent are prohibited from using the pool, tennis court, and playground. The Amenities Committee and BOD members will enforce this rule to the best of our ability. Although unpleasant and embarrassing to you and the members of your family, we will ask you to leave the recreation facilities. The BOD asks that you not put your neighbors in the unpleasant situation of having to ask delinquent member children out of the pool, playground, or tennis courts.

2021 Rules for Admittance to the Pool

Wristbands will be issued to everyone wanting to use the pool. The wrist bands must either be worn or brought into the pool enclosure.

To be issued a wristband:

• • You must be a member of the RTF HOA and must be fully up to date with HOA dues and special assessments.

  • You must be a permanent resident of Raintree Forest.

  • You must complete a new Swim at your own risk form.
