Welcome to my digital space! I'm Md Roqibul Hasan, a dedicated researcher with a robust academic background. I'm proud to share that I've published in four high-impact journals, accumulating a noteworthy 161 citations to date. For those interested in exploring my research further, you can find my publication list on my Google Scholar page at this link.
In December 2017, I earned my interdisciplinary Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University, specializing in Electrochemical and Photoelectrochemical biosensors under the guidance of Dr. Leyla Soleymani.
Prior to McMaster, I pursued an M.S. in Electronic Engineering at Yeungnam University, South Korea, where my focus was on innovative technologies like ZnO-based Piezoelectric Nanogenerators and Nano-structured Light Emitting Diodes (LED's). Following my degree, I contributed as a graduate researcher in the Quantum Semiconductor Devices lab (QSD-Lab) for eight months.
My academic journey began with a Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from East West University (EWU). Under the mentorship of Dr. Anisul Haque, my undergraduate thesis delved into developing an analytical model of CNT-Si heterojunction solar cells, showcasing my dedication to cutting-edge research.
Beyond academia, I find joy in a variety of activities. Whether immersed in a good book, capturing moments through photography, pedaling on a bicycle, expressing creativity through sketching, or nurturing plants in my garden – I embrace diverse interests.
