Rent for room is from RM150 to RM250 for Malay man only. More rent is pad for the larger rooms. The rent for the small room is only RM150. Electricity and water bills are paid by the landlord. Cannot fix and use air-condition. Deposit and one month rent paid in advance. Rent to be paid at the beginning of each month and not at the end of each month. Deposit to be paid is one month rental + RM30. For example, for the small room, the deposit is RM150+RM30 = RM180. Total to be paid when you want to move into the small room is RM150 + RM180 = RM330.
