There is a room for rent in a double storey house in Jln PJS 9/30 which is for women only. The water and electricity bills are paid by the landlord. Cannot fix and use air-condition. Deposit : one month's rental + RM30. The rent is to be paid in advance (on moving in and then at the beginning of each month). Fridge, stove and gas for cooking are provided. Near bus stops and KTM. Though PJS 9 is a Gated and Guarded Community, the front and back of the house has IP Cameras for better security. A maid cleans the house every week. There is internet if needed.
