Ways and Means/ Round Table

This committee coordinates the primary PTO fundraiser(s) each year. Responsibilities include: Making recommendations to the PTO Board about which school fundraiser to do; making recommendations to the PTO Board about which school Supported Programs to support; partnering with the selected fundraising company, PTO and Ronald Reagan Elementary School administration to plan and implement the fundraiser; communicating with parents, students and staff; counting and tracking all contributions; and implementing the prize program.
