Vidalia Sweet Onion Dip Preheat oven to 350° makes 5 ½ cups
1 cup Mayonnaise (I use Hellman’s) 2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups thinly sliced (I chopped
Hot sauce to taste Vidalia sweet onion (or any sweet onion)
(I forgot to put in the hot sauce!)
Mix all ingredients together in an oven proof dish, bake 30 minutes or until it bubbly and browned. We use chips with this dip or you can use crackers. It is easy to make half or to double. It will stay for about four days if refrigerated. ENJOY!!
