Liability Statement

Rocky Knoll does its best to provide a safe, loving, and healthy environment for your dog during its stay. I hereby agree to the terms below.

• 1. I understand that I am fully liable and will be responsible for any costs caused by any medical condition that may happen during my dogs stay at Rocky Knoll.

  2. I understand that Rocky Knoll has the right to refuse me service for any reason that they deem necessary, including, but not limited to, overly aggressive behavior, and or illness.

  3. I understand that while there is an inherent risk to boarding my dog, such as illness or injury, the benefits far outweigh the risks and Rocky Knoll will not be liable for an illness or injury that occurs during your dog’s stay

  4. I understand that if I get injured on Rocky Knoll’s property, whether by another’s dog, tripping over rocks, stumps, etc… Rocky Knoll is not liable.

  5. I understand that Rocky Knoll is not liable for any of my pet’s belongings (including, but not limited to) blankets, beds, toys, dishes, leashes, and food. If they become broken, damaged, or soiled, Rocky Knoll is not responsible.

  6. I understand that if my dog becomes soiled, Rocky Knoll will bathe him/her at my expense.

  7. I understand that if my dog runs away during his/her stay, Rocky Knoll is not responsible. I realize that they have undertaken every necessary step to ensure that my dog would be secure while boarded.

  8. I understand that I must set up an appointment via phone call in order to drop-off/pick-up my dog outside of Rocky Knoll’s hours of operation. In addition, I understand that extra fees ($20) will be applied each time.

  9. I understand that Rocky Knoll has the right to take a photo of my dog and use it for business promotion.

  10. I understand that when I sign this waiver one time, it remains effective each time that my dog is boarded.

I certify that my dog is up to date on each vaccine required at Rocky Knoll, including Rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Further, documentation has been given to Rocky Knoll before my stay to ensure that my dog, and in turn, all of the other dog clients staying with my dog, will be safe and healthy during his/her stay.
