Eligibility: Homeschooled students in high school (9th-12th grades) and junior high (7th-8th grades). "Homeschooled students" are those who submit an annual Initial Report or Letter of Intent to their school district. Please report your student's grade based on expected graduation year.
2026 RACE Jaguars Track & Field Information and Registration Meeting

All athletes and a parent must attend the registration meeting. If you are unable to attend, please make arrangements to complete team paperwork prior to January 11. Due to MSHSL application deadlines we are unable to accept late registrations.
Registration Form Due at registration.
Copy of the 2025-26 Homeschooling Report submitted to your school district superintendent. Due at registration. [PSEO students may submit the PSEO Program Notice of Student Registration]
Eligibility Form Due at registration. Read through entire Eligibility Brochure and return signed Eligibility Statement (p. 10-11). [2025 Jaguar Cross Country members do not need this form]
Sports Qualifying Physical Exam Clearance Form - new athletes: (Print Pages 1-3; once every 3 years) - Due by the first day of practice.
MSHSL Annual Sports Health Questionnaire - (Page 12 only) Due by the first day of practice.
All League membership forms & fees will be submitted by the team as a whole.
All the following documents need to be signed by the same person/parent who will be attending the Registration Meeting.
1. Complete, sign and submit with your registration forms:
MSHSL Homeschool Resolution/Membership Form (List the name of your school as you wish it to appear [i.e., Smith Home School]. 2025 Jaguar Cross Country members do not need this form.)
MSHSL Activity Registration Form (Only check BOYS and/or GIRLS Track and Field according to your participants. DO NOT check any other Activity. "Name" and "Position" on form refers to parent, not student!)
