Charter a Train!

If you or your group has ever wanted to host your own rail event, the RRR System is your best stop! With over 160 scale miles of railroad modeled across several different maps, we have something to offer for everyone!

Each private charter is tailored specifically around your vision as the client. Charters can include but are not limited to one-way or round-trip passenger excursions, simulated passenger services (such as stopping at towns/stations no longer used by the railroads), photo run-bys, photo freight trains with modern or heritage equipment, and more. A number of event spaces, small and large, are also available located along our railroads, and can be used for standalone events or in conjunction with a charter if desired.

If you are new to the RRR and are looking to host a charter, we encourage you to attend some freight operating sessions and get a glance at the different routes we have.  You may also contact Hachiroku (raillordhachiroku on Discord) to schedule tours of our maps and stations to help determine where you would like to host your trip. The screenshots channel on our Discord server is also a great resource for this.

Rates for charters are as follows, in Robux:

One Way Mileage Fee - R$25 per mile

Round Trip Mileage Fee - R$15 per mile

Any Diesel Locomotive - R$75 each

Requested Diesel Locomotive - R$150 each

Requested Steam Locomotive - R$350 each

Terms of Cost:

Why are one way trips more expensive per mile? Because we still have to deadhead the consist back to where it started, whether anybody is riding or not. Note that round trip excursions are charged for every mile ridden in each direction. No passengers are allowed on board the deadhead section of a one way trip.

Any consist exceeding 10 cars in length will require two locomotives to be paid for and used, as will any trip which has a terminus point without a runaround track. There is no charge for any RRR or HLW company rolling stock. We have plenty of passenger cars which we can offer for your train. Passenger cars may also be requested from the Robloxia Railroad Historical Society at no added cost. Likewise, there is no charge for any RAPRCO certified rolling stock, however you must have permission from any RAPRCO car owners to use their equipment on your charter, and they must provide their terms for exactly how their equipment may be used.

This charter is yours, and therefore you may contact Hachiroku to request special operating procedures, such as photo runbys or stops at locations along the railroad. And yes, you are allowed to charge passengers for tickets on your charter at your own discretion if you would like to. The RRR does not take any percentage of Robux gathered from ticket sales if you decide to charge your passengers. Anybody wishing to attend your charter must send, and have accepted, a join request to our Roblox group, as the games are group locked.
