A LNG Terminal is a facility to off-take and re-gasify liquefied natural gas and the terminal will enable the re-gasification of 7.5 bn m³ of natural gas annually.
Work description: materials supply, manufacturing, erection, testing and all activities to be performed for the execution of civil and mechanical works to construct n° 18 buildings (Antiblast control room, electrical substation, compressor, storage, gate).
Main activities performed on site:
Earthworks: site preparation and area levelling, excavation for deep foundations, all earthworks related;
Underground piping, electrical and instrumental cables;
Foundation for: concrete and steel buildings, steel tanks and vessels, piping support, pumps, gas compressors, water heating boilers, air cooler and cooling system supports;
Concrete basins for: overflow water treatment plant (sludge basin, storage basin) ;
Reinforced concrete structure and masonry works for civil and industrial buildings (total area over 5000m2);
Steel works: main steel structure for industrial buildings and pipe rack (total area over 8000m2);
Finishing works: plastering and painting, gypsum walls, false floors and ceilings, tiling works, doors and windows, insulation.
