Polymer Blend Thin Films

Immiscible polymer blend thin films phase separates at room temperature and result in myriad of surface morphologies like labyrinths, columnar structures etc. We study this lateral phase segregation of polystyrene (PS)/ Poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) blend thin films under confinement also in the process try to align these phase segregated domains using different soft lithographic methods.
