As RWE 2021 has now been cancelled, it is the responsibility of each person to cancel their own reservation. A block cancellation cannot be done nor can the booking be moved to RWE 2022 at this time.

Our accommodations POC, Ron "The Dutchman" Ruiters, has secured a block booking for twenty rooms at the Holiday Inn, 2 Princess Street, downtown Kingston for our Reunion Weekend, September 17-19, 2021.

This was done in anticipation of a heavy demand for these rooms again in 2021.

Please understand that once again Dutch has secured a Room Block of 20 rooms with option to go higher if we go over that number. Again we got a good rate.

He recommends that you reserve a room now before other classes even think about doing so. You can always cancel your reservation as late as seven days prior to arrival.

Be assured that, the choice of the Holiday Inn was based on location, best price and, of course, availability.

The simple advantage of this block booking is threefold: sharing transportation, socializing and good assurance of accommodations at a good rate during a very busy RMC Class Reunion weekend.

Although there is time between now and the reunion, it is recommended that you call and book your room a.s.a.p. There are lots of other group blocks that Reunion weekend too so to guarantee a room, you should call in and do it soon.

GUEST ROOM BLOCK RELEASE/CUT-OFF DATE: Monday, August 16, 2021

Once the cut-off date has passed, all guests booking will be eligible for the Hotel's Best Flexible Rate on the day of reserving should space still be available.

The group rate cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off date due to demand.

Each Guest Room reservation must be guaranteed to a valid credit card.

Sell Limit - will be set with a sell limit of 20 rooms per night.

In addition to the quoted room rate, all guests are required to pay 13% HST & 4% MAT which are both subject to change without notice.

Overnight parking is available at a rate $23/night.

Each individual making a reservation from the Group block is responsible for their own guarantee and payment.

Cancellation:

The last date to make changes or cancellations to reservations without penalty is 7 days prior to arrival.

Any cancellations after this date are subject to a charge equal to one nights' room and taxes.

Guest rooms are reserved as per the information at the beginning of this agreement, should the requirements change the hotel reserves the right to amend its rate offer.

The following apply to accommodations, and are subject to change without notice:

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST): 13%

Municipal Accommodations Tax (MAT): 4%

Individual Payments: Each person will be responsible for their own room charges and incidentals.

A credit card number will be requested for each delegate when they confirm their accommodations.
