Please remember we need to:

1. Submit an free Architectural Modification before you start your project. Form can be found on the DOCUMENTS section to the left. Or go directly here:

Architectural Modification Guidelines: According to the bylaws of the community, no structure shall be constructed on any Lot nor shall any addition, change or alteration be made without prior approval from the Architectural Committee. (This information is found in the Declaration of Covenants in section 2.2.)

2. Maintain good curb appeal, specifically our lawn.

Neat Appearance: Except for any maintenance and repair which the Association may be obligated to perform hereunder, Owners shall, at all times, maintain their Lots and all appurtenances thereto in good repair and in a state of neat appearance, including but not limited to, the painting or other appropriate external care of all Structures on the Lot, and the care, watering and maintenance of all lawns on the Lot, all in a manner and with such frequency as is consistent with good property management and maintenance. (This information is found in the HOA Declaration section 2.13 Neat Appearance)
