- 1/15/2014:
- Parks Dept slides show 5.2 acre park being designed fronting the river levee. Basketball and tennis courts, a large playground, bocci courts, and open space.
- T/D slides (start at slide 7) show 250 units on Parcel 4 will complete March 2014. Park will complete June 2014.
- Irvine slides show 26.8 acres with 1308 units at a 87 du/acre density. Will complete March 2016.

- Irvine has bought 5 of the 6 planned blocks: 26,000 sqft retail (along 1st), 1308 units, renamed to Brandon Park, 5 stories over 3 stories of parking, no change to the park plans.

- The proposed site map of "Riverview" is here. The 5-acre park is along the Guadalupe River frontage, and the retail space looks to have 17,000 sqft reserved for a "market". The community meeting information shows some tall 16-story buildings (182 feet).
