00:42:33 Stacey Brown - D4: City Guidance on Abandoned Vehicles....Abandoned vehicles are vehicles that are undrivable, unsafe or contributing to extreme blight and have been discarded on a public street.

Vehicles are considered a safety concern or contributing to extreme blight if they meet one of the following criteria:

On jacks / blocks

Missing or have shattered windows

Vandalized / Graffiti (non-commercial vehicle)

With significantly flat tires

Missing both the front and back license plate

Displaying multiple aged or weathered citations

Have deployed airbags

Unsecured/open doors or trunk

Unattached trailer

Attracting illegal dumping activities

Inoperable vehicles (missing essential parts, such as, the windshield, steering wheel, driver's seat, engine, or two or more wheels).
