The Rip Tide subdivision in Jacksonville Beach, Florida is a deed restricted community. We are managed by BCM Services under the direction of a homeowner elected board of directors.

Meetings:

Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday every other month beginning in April. Meetings convene at 6:00pm.  All owners are welcome.  Meetings are held at the South Beach Community Center on the corner South Beach Parkway and Osceola Avenue.

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is held in February. The meeting is held at the South Beach Community Center on the corner South Beach Parkway and Osceola Avenue at 6:00pm.  All owners are encouraged to attend.
