After leaving the Mahoning County Prosecutor's office in 2008, I opened my own practice to serve clients on the other side of the courtroom. I have been in the prosecutor's shoes and handled hundreds of appeals for the government. Now, I put that experience to work defending my clients in negotiation, litigation and appeals.

• 2009, Mahoning County, OH, Drunk driving charge reduced to simple traffic offense. Officers apprehended defendant, reported a minimal lane violation and a nondescript odor of alcohol. Client had naturally slurred speech, due to deafness in one ear. Client (a competitive fitness model) also had a naturally odd gait, due to recent strength training.
