Sixth Conference Announcement - August 4, 2011

Dear Conference participants,
Here are some additional important points to note prior to your arrival at the RHK Conference next week.
* The talks and poster sessions will take place in Mendel Hall Room 154.
* The registration desk at Mendel Hall (Western wing, near Room 154) next Wednesday, August 10, 2011 will open at 8:00 am (not 8:30am as previously reported).
* Travel directions and parking passes are posted on the conference website at https://sites.google.com/site/rhkochconference/hotel-and-travel. If driving, please print the parking passes and place them on your dashboard. Remember, please park in the Villanova Law school parking lot and follow the signs to Mendel Hall.
* If the Villanova campus map is hard to read, please use this link to Google maps: http://bit.ly/RHKConferenceMap.
* Please send your arrival and hotel information to us (michael.f.corcoran@nasa.gov and bholenstein@gravic.com), and please let us know if you'd like assistance traveling from the airport to your hotel.
* We will coordinate rides from the hotels to conference for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please e-mail us a) if you need a ride from your hotel or b) if you have a car and are willing to drive. Those staying at The Radnor Hotel, The Wayne Hotel, or the Villanova Conference Center and needing a ride to Villanova should meet in their hotel lobbies at 7:50am Wednesday morning, and at 8:30 am Thursday and Friday.
* Please prepare your presentations as an Adobe PDF or Microsoft PowerPoint file. Email them to us if possible before next Tuesday. Also, bring your presentation on a USB memory stick as well. We need to pre-stage presentations before each session.
* Please confirm if you are bringing a guest to the Conference Banquet on Wednesday evening and/or the "Nostalgia Reception" on Thursday evening.
