Fifth Conference Announcement - August 3, 2011

Dear Conference participants,

We look forward to seeing you next week, August 10-12, 2011. Most of the Conference will be held in Room 154 of Mendel Hall (Western wing, 1st floor). Registration opens at 8:30am and will run all morning. The Conference will start with an opening welcome at 8:45am. We will have tea, coffee, juice, water, and pastries available for you. The Conference banquet will be held in Garey Hall by the Villanova Law School. We attached a map of Villanova. There will be signs to the Conference placed at strategic locations.

If you are travelling by train or taxi, you may want to visit the Conference website and review some options described there: www.gravic.com/RHKochConference. Please let us know if you are in need of transportation from the hotels to Villanova and we will try to help coordinate a ride.

If you are driving, the attached parking passes should be printed out and placed on your dashboard. We have parking reserved in the Law School parking lot. If walking a short distance from the law school parking lot to Mendel Hall is a problem, please let us know and we will try to accommodate closer parking. We would greatly appreciate those driving and staying at the hotels to let us know if they would be willing to transport fellow attendees to Villanova.
