What are Coordination drawings?
CADD coordination is the process of combining all the various trades involved in the construction of a commercial building such as HVAC/Plumbing/Elect/FP etc. into CADD drawings which determine the locations, elevations and many other details that are necessary to build a commercial project and these dwg's when done correct can save thousands of dollars in change orders and save time often spent on the job site trying to figure out conflicts while the job is already underway .
In addition to coordination I have provided as-builts and shop drawings for many of these projects. my years of experience in mechanical design combined with my CADD/BIM expertise and understanding of the complete building structure and the process of building from start to finish have allowed me to excel in this small niche that is a service which is increasingly difficult to find anywhere in the U.S.
