David Barstow is the Executive Director of EMPACT Africa, an organization working to empower pastors in sub-Saharan Africa to fight the stigma and discrimination of those living with HIV/AIDS, leading to prevention and treatment of the disease. Partnering with institutions of faith in Zambia, South Africa, and Lesotho, EMPACT Africa works to help local leaders and their churches accept and support community members living with HIV/AIDS.
