I am a Scientific Specialist in Content Visualization at HCG where I work with teams to transform medical data into compelling scientific stories for doctors, researchers, and patients.
I received my PhD in Neuroscience from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. My thesis research with Dr. Elyse Sussman focused on understanding how the noisiness of everyday environments impacts the brain’s ability to selectively attend to sounds of interest. My scientific career began in high school when I was introduced to professional science and the art of scientific communication by researchers at The Jackson Laboratory. This formative experience inspired my research at Bowdoin College where I earned my bachelor’s degree with honors in Neuroscience.
