** Pool Hours are 7:00 am - 10:00 PM**

·  All guests, must be accompanied by an adult homeowner.

·  Homeowners are allowed a maximum of three guests.

·  Children under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.

·  Children in diapers must wear swim diapers.

·  Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

·  No diving, running, or excessive noise.

·  No offensive language or behavior.

·  Smoking/Vaping is not permitted in the pool area.

·  Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

·  Clean up after yourself before leaving.

·  Put the umbrellas down when you leave.

·  Do not prop the gate open.

·  Do not open gates for individuals who do not have an access card, or if their card isn’t working.
