The Phoenix & Aries Amateur Radio Clubs do not collect personal information about users of this website, or information about it's members or supporters other than the basic contact information which:

  • they provide directly and voluntarily to us, or

the RSGB Call Book,
their own public websites,
QSL cards,
elsewhere in the public domain including social media websites.

  • Amateur Radio Call Sign,

  • IARU locator (or equivalent),

The above information will be stored securely, and off-line, in a computer database and will be shared only with bona-fide members and supporters of the Phoenix and Aries Amateur Radio Clubs and will not be published on our websites or otherwise placed in the public domain. Similarly, such information shall not, in any circumstances, be provided to any individual who is not a member or supporter or to any other organisation.

This information will be retained and maintained only as long as an individual remains a member or voluntary supporter of the Phoenix and Aries Amateur Radio Clubs. A request for any part of this contact information to be deleted will necessarily mean that the individual concerned will not subsequently be permitted to continue be a member or voluntary supporter of the clubs.
