Organizations Permit - MUST ATTEND A MEETING TO BE APPROVED
Print either: Memorial Gym Reservation and Use Policy or Field Reservation and Use Policy
Print and fill out Facilities Permit
Please include the following:
a. Include Rosters with street & Town
b. Actual use dates
c. The teams on the fields including date and times
d. Insurance
e. Permit
Field or Memorial Usage Policy signed by the President or Head Person
Attend a Recreation Meeting and hand in all information. Recreation Meetings are the third Monday at 7:00pm upstairs in the Recreation Office.
Individual Permit - MUST REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE USE

Must give 24 hours before use date.
a. Drop it off at the Town Hall Recreation mailbox
b. Drop it off at a Recreation Meeting - (third Monday of the month at 7:00pm upstairs at the Town Hall)

The Hampstead Recreation Commission meeting is held at the Town Hall upstairs on the third Monday of the month at 7:00pm. Since we do not have handicap accessibility, if you cannot access the meeting due to disabilities please email (hampsteadrec@gmail.com) the Recreation Director 24 hours prior to the meeting and we will accommodate your needs.
