Task

You have been hired to consult with the new democratic leadership of North Korea and representatives from South Korea because you have expertise as an economist, historian, sociologist, political scientist and technologist. You will research the components of a healthy democratic society and the events after the American Civil War to provide the background from which you will advise the Koreans on how to rebuild North Korea and reunify it with South Korea.

Your research and advice will be presented in the form of a research report and speech.
