Scenario Start Files added to SQLA

New and updated SSF have been added to the Scenario Section. Mike Janicki has graciously accepted the task of creating, editing, and maintaining the management of all SSF for VSQL 4. Please send any descrepancies in the SSF you may come across to Mike for correction. VSQL 4 is currently version 4.1.8, also, an update to the extension module for VSQL4-Cod-Gia has been posted, current version is 8.22b, both files are available in the VSQL section and on the Vassalengine.org website under the Squad
