The scenario Reconnaissance in Force (A) {RIF (A)} was modified based on the play-test results and player opinions expressed in the Evaluation. The scenario has taken a significant step in it's development and continues in beta awaiting more play in its modified form.

Participants will playtest one version of Reconnaissance in Force (A) (RIF) to help improve balance. Participants will play one game, with side and opponent selected randomly. SQLA tournament rules are in affect and Bill Thomson will adjudicate rule disagreements. A game is scheduled for six weeks of PbEM. Results will be published shortly after completion. Above all, have fun and roll low.
Player Experience
Players are expected to have completed Scenario 2 of the Squad Leader game.
Tactical sense is helpful but not required.
Rolling low may be substituted for either tactical sense or player experience.
Pace
Scheduled Pace is one game turn per week.
PBEM Players should complete six logs per week, three per player.
Six games turns should be completed in six weeks.
