DELIVERY

1. Delivery of the items posted on the Second Life Marketplace is not controlled by RealEvil Industries.
2. If you experience a delivery malfunction or extended delay please contact Crashnoww Resident via a notecard*.
3. We do not accept claims after 24 hours after purchase.
4. We do not redeliver transferable products.

SERVICES

1. We do not take orders for custom work.
2. We do not accept request regarding our products including modifications and changing of the permissions.
3. Engraving requests for items with this feature are accepted until and not after 30 days since purchase.
4. The 'free engraving' and the 'engraving changing' offers are applicable only to the original buyer or the gift's recipient.
5. We do not engrave items sold at 2nd hand.

PURCHASES

1. Please consult the photo and read the product’s description and permissions (posted on the photo and description). All sales are final.
2. Make sure the product fits your needs before purchasing.
3. Exchanges for No Transfer items is not possible.
4. We do not accept exchanges for Transferable items after 48 hours since the purchase*.
5. All products are for use ONLY in SecondLife.

REFUNDS

1. We do not award refunds, except for double purchasing of non transferable items*.
2. Please pay attention when you Buy as Gift. Refunds are not possible if you buy the product for yourself or the wrong person.

SUPPORT

1. If you experience a problem with one of our products please contact Crashnoww Resident via a notecard.
2. Instant messages are not acceptable.
3. Please allow us a 24 hours** window to respond, since we cannot be online 24/7.
4. You can use the Help Center included with the products for F.A.Q. and other informations.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, textures, photographs, logos, artwork and scripting code including but not limited to the design, structure, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on this store and products is owned, controlled or licensed by or to RealEvil Industries, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws.

PRIVACY

All instant messages, notecards, local chat and feed between you and RealEvil Industries personnel are kept private and not disclosed to any third parties with the exception of Linden Lab. upon request.

RealEvil Industries collects only data containing purchases information including but not limited to name of the product, date and time of purchase, buyer’s name and recipient’s name.

Our products do not collect any kind of information about the owner, the owned product upon wearing, or any other activities performed by the product’s owner or surrounding environment.

All the collected data mentioned above is not to be disclosed to any third party.

RealEvil Industries - Privacy Statement

1. Data collected

RealEvil Industries collects the following information about the customers:

• 1. Buyer’s name (Second Life username)
• 2. Product recipient’s name (Second Life username) - (if applicable)
• 3. Date of purchase
• 4. Location of purchase
• 5. Name of the product purchased
• 6. Number of transactions per customer
• 7. Amount of L$ spent by customer per product and in total
• 8. Sim banned residents names (Second Life username)
• 9. Group banned residents names (Second Life username)
• 10. Group members names (Second Life username)*
• 11. Marketplace activities regarding the RealEvil Industries store

* Group members names is kept in a dynamic list that can change daily upon enrolling and leaving the group.

2. Data not collected

The following information is not collected:

• 1. Visits at the RealEvil industries main store in Second Life
• 2. Group / free gifts recipients**
• 3. Number of group / free gifts received
• 4. Nearby chat conversations inside the premises of the main store

**The names list is deleted monthly.

3. All instant messages, notecards, photos, local chat text and feed between the customer and RealEvil Industries personnel are kept private and not disclosed to any third parties with the exception of Linden Lab or customer. upon request.

4. The products do not collect any kind of information about the owner, the owned product upon wearing, or any other activities performed by the product’s owner or surrounding environment.

5. The collected information about transactions (names, products names, dates etc) are kept for the following purposes:

• 1. Redeliveries
• 2. Product Updates
• 3. Customer support

6. Similar or other information can be collected by 3rd party systems put in place at our main store like vendor systems, update servers, delivery servers etc. This information is not collected by RealEvil Industries and falls under their respective privacy protection statements.
