With any lesson plan site, be sure that the lesson plan fits your students and your planned learning outcomes.
ITESL-J has a large array of lesson plans. Search for vocabulary on their lesson plans page at http://iteslj.org/Lessons/
OneStopEnglish offers a number of lesson plans for vocabulary. Do a search at https://www.onestopenglish.com/

With these, think about exactly what sort of lesson you are planning and how these sites will fit. Students will need help choosing what to do, especially in sites with a lot of options. The teacher's role is to do the work of selecting the right activity at the right level at the right time. Think of the tasks that you would give students so they can actually retain what they are viewing.
