If you have questions or would like to set up an appointment, Dr. Scott can be reached by phone at 916-914-5520 or by email at raylscott@comcast.net, Monday through Saturday. If I do not speak with you directly, leave a message and I will usually return your call within 24 hours. An initial 30-minute office or phone consultation is offered free of charge in order to determine if Dr. Scott is an appropriate referral for your current concern(s).
