My research areas are always revolved around electromagnetic spectrum ranged from Gamma rays to few KHz. Currently, I'm working on silicon photonics for optical communication and LiDAR applications. I was teaching assistant for online Microwave IC design course at national level. As an outcome of my research, I published many journals and conference papers in IEEE. My present research area includes:
Silicon Photonics for high-speed Optical communication
Integrated photonics for LiDAR application
Silicon Photonics for 5G communication
All-optical signal processing
Si Photonics for Radio-over-Fiber(RoF) applications
Microwave Sensing and signal processing
Radiation hardened circuits design
Novel Filter synthesis and its implementation
Lossy filter design and auto tuning for satellite transponders
