The Catherine J. Randall Premier Award at the University of Alabama (UA) is awarded annually to a graduating senior who exhibits academic excellence. The award recognizes the most outstanding student scholar at UA based on GPA, rigor of course study, and extraordinary scholarly or creative endeavor. To be eligible, a senior must have a minimum GPA of 3.9 and be in good judicial standing. The award was first presented in 2008 and includes a cash sum totaling at least $1,000.
