Graduation Requirements

UPDATE ON CAHSEE:

The California High School Exit Examination (CAHSEE), formerly a graduation requirement for students in California public schools, was suspended Effective, January 2016 (AB 172). As a result of this law, students that graduated in classes 2006-2015 who met all other course and credit requirements will be eligible to receive their high school diploma. Please contact Mrs. Albright at ext 31150 to make arrangements to pick up your Diploma from Rancho Verde High School. Photo ID is required.

40 hours of community service completed at a non-profit organization*

Submit the FAFSA during student's senior year.

*The following adjustments have been made for the community service requirements:

Class of 2023 - 10 Hours

Class of 2024 - 20 Hours

Class of 2025 - 30 Hours

Class of 2026 and beyond: 40 Hours
