Grad Night Committee 2018



The Grad Night Committee for the Class of 2018 is preparing for its annual Grad Night Celebration and WE NEED YOU!  
This year's event is held at Dave and Buster’s on May 29th from 10pm until 6am.

What is Grad Night?
Grad Night is a 27-year tradition at ERHS, an all-night party on the night of graduation sponsored each year by volunteer parents/guardians for ALL graduating seniors. This chaperoned celebration begins at ERHS where grads with tickets check in and are transported by school bus to Dave and Buster’s. The event runs from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.!

What occurs at Grad Night?|
The graduates are offered an evening of games, food, entertainment, contests, and prizes – basically, and endless night of fun to celebrate graduation!

The graduates are returned to ERHS by bus after the event with wonderful memories sure to last a lifetime.

What is required of parents?

In order to have a successful Grad Night event, we need your help now! Ideas, funds, and volunteer support for the Grad Night fundraising events are needed throughout the year. ERHS senior (and junior) parents join together to make up the Grad Night Committee to collaborate all year long to plan the party and raise the needed funds. Every senior parent is asked to participate.

Grad Night Committee Meeting Information
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 pm in Room 130. Parents are encouraged to attend to stay informed about the progress of planning and funding the event. We request that each parent volunteer for at least ONE Grad Night fundraising/volunteer event.   If you have any questions, please email Better yet, attend a meeting and continue to visit the Grad Night website!

Not a parent of a senior?
Even if you do not have a graduating senior, join us to learn about the process. Parents of juniors should especially consider joining to get experience for next year. Your students’ turn will come soon!

  • Purchase your Grad Night volunteer t-shirt for $ 16   to wear at Grad Night fundraising events.  See a committee member, send an email to the committee, or use the contact page on this Grad Night website to make arrangements to get your shirt.
  • Attend the Grad Night Committee meetings and visit us again on this website as often as you can!
